Musafir is a group of people in constant rotation. As travelers we have been gifted with generosities of love, food, accommodation and kindness along our paths and we have created something that gives us the opportunity to continue traveling while being at the service of others. By creating small volunteer based projects we hope to empower through integrated experiences.

Our community creates space for people that intend to be the change. People that need the support of others to respond to the call in their hearts to take action and serve for the benefit our planet and humanity. We welcome everyone with no consideration of beliefs, age or background. The Musafir community is volunteer based.
It’s like an extended family on board, we take care of our home and the duties on board, we engage in deep discussions, we play and we dance.

We are guided by unity, respect and self responsibility. If you are keen to put the wellbeing of the community above your self you will easily find a space amongst us.
We have long periods when we are not sailing where we maintain the boat, engage in projects with the local communities and wait for the right wind to bring us further. This is where the Musafir community has its roots. We share our goals, economies and dreams in complete clarity.
With a continuous return of Musafiris, and long distance support, the Musafir is able to continue its journey and keep the community alive.

While sailing we get a lot of people that join us exclusively for the Odysseys. We always travel with our community values foremost. We search for clarity and the interactions created while sailing leave a strong bond, an amazing experience of sharing a space with so many different people. To be able to live in harmony while doing our part in being the change we want to see happen in the world is amazing! The Odysseys are an experiment in sowing the seeds in a micro community, that spread to the macro community that is the world. Learning tolerance and respect for different opinions and cultures is the change we want to see.

At the moment there is Ibi and Paolo, and of course the boat’s cat Pepper constantly on board. We are here making sure the Musafir stays afloat and organising the future Odysseys. We will be glad to welcome you and take you into this experience, share future plans, our values and traditions in the community.
