The Musafir went to Kipini with the two builders (fundi) and the businessman he had met earlier.
The village itself is small and isolated with a rich wildlife near an estuary where you can see large groups of hippos.
Almost all of the houses are made of mud bricks and thatched roofs. A single generator distributes electricity for few hours every night.
On the river bank, just before the water runs to the ocean the Musafir can see many boat yards (banda) where dhows of large and small dimensions are built and fixed.
After a long search, the place for construction was finally found.
